The steel bottle is a pressure vessel, and the national safety supervision requires that each gas cylinder must have a unique identity number (steel number), which convenient for traceability. The steel number of the gas cylinder is generally printed on the shoulder of the gas cylinder by an automatic steel number printing machine. Since the shoulder the gas cylinder is covered with thick scale after necking, and the thickness of the scale is uneven after being cleaned by the shot blasting machine for the outer wall of steel bottle, the surface of the shoulder of the steel bottle is uneven, which affects the printing effect of the automatic steel number printing machine.
